I think that's what he indicated. I could find nothing on the word in a dictionary or a search, including an eye condition search. If he had had another term for the changes, he would have told me. I have confidence in him, in regard to that.
He did mention changes on the periphery of the retina, where it has had cerclage. This confirmed my own concerns. He told me to watch as usual, and to come back if I saw more.My other retinologists put this in my file, but NEVER told me this or showed me this in my file, except for telling me to watch out for pain when I had a choroidal hemorrhage.
I think his focus is treating my eyes, which is what I was looking for in a retinologist, even though I have only seen him twice. He is also local. I also have a new local ophthalmologist/eye plastic surgeon, who also seems effective.
There is no definition of microschanges other than "very small changes". Since he used the term only he can tell you his meaning.
