Torn Iris

I had q eye injury due to fireworks on the 4th of July. I was completely blind. The accident Caused hyphema and inflammation of the eye. The hyphema finally left completely after 2 weeks. And I was left with a abnormal big pupil and a piece of Iris in the center of my eye. I can see but everything brown and I have strong glares. Due to the piece of Iris in the center and my pupil being bigger. Can this be the cause of brown vision and strong glare?  And how can this be fixed ?
