Hello, I'd like to report an unusual eye issue I've had for as long as I can remember;
When I'm in the dark, mainly when I close my eyes, I notice something like a strange, transparent floater around the center. It's very small and still, and looks like an 8 shape or a cluster of small bubbles (It's not easy to describe at all, since it keeps changing. It does not impact my vision, which has remained stable for several years, and it does not affect me when I'm reading, or in the light.
I thought it was something Macular related but I feel I'm too young to have AMD (I'm only fifteen), and it doesn't show up in the Amsler Grid test (The lines are normal as well, not bendy or distorted). The last time I visited the eye doctor my eyes were healthy. I have floaters, but they haven't increased in number or annoyed me.
What's interesting it that I've had this for over a year now; It hasn't changed since then, my vision is the same, so I'm not sure what it is. Also, the dot is the same shape and in the same position in both eyes, and it always has been since I first noticed this issue.
