Two parallel holes on my lower eye lid. What are they?

I was looking at my eyes in the mirror because I spotted a pimple on my lower eye lid. When I looked closer I saw something else. There was a tiny line shaped hole on the edge of my lower eye lid, 2-3 mm away from where my eyelids start from the nose side. Soon I noticed that my other eye had one just like it in the same place. I have never spotted these before, google didn't give me much on the anatomy and what are they there for? The hole is like a tiny cut with a blade. It's dark colored and very tiny on each eyelid. They are pretty interesting but worrying as well because I've never seen them before. Are they some weird glands? They look sort of natural.

And how does one get rid of a pimple on the edge of the eyelid?

It's likely you are seeing the inferior and superior eyelid puncta which is where the tears enter the tear ducts and run into your nose. You should have them on the inner side of the eye on both eyes.

You don't remove them you need them to drain the tears. see an ophthalmologist Eye MD for a diagnosis and treatment
