VERY far sighted after cataract surgery

My cataract surgery was last week.  The day after, I had 20/25 vision and was so excited!  The best vision I have ever had.  The next morning, I woke up and was extremely far sighted. If I wear +2.0 readers, I can see clearly at a distance. How disappointing. :-(   I am so upset that absolutely everything is blurry without the glasses.  I see the ophthalmologist tomorrow. If he is open to a piggyback lens, how long would I need to wait to have that done?  I have the other eye done next week, which should be easier.  The first eye had lasik and a prk touch up.  The next eye only had lasik, so I hope the calculations will work well for the second eye.  I have thought about cancelling the second eye, being afraid the hyperopia will happen to that eye also, which would render my eyes both basically useless without correction.  What would you do?  Wait on doing the second eye?  Do the piggyback and the second eye at the same time?  Do the second eye and then address  the farsighted problem with the first eye?
thank you

so----  the eye is healing fine.  I am just far sighted.  That's just not ok.  I don't know how to deal with this.  He can 'piggyback' another lens but my insurance probably won't pay for it. :-(

thanks   that's what I have been thinking too.   It's so weird that the vision was perfect on Thursday  and then Friday morning not.  Any clue why that could happen?  Any chance it would return to the 'perfect' vision?

I would wait for the second eye.  You can have a piggyback once the first eye is stable.
