There is maybe floaters for Years, but has increased in size, and blurry vision.

Okay, So like in my right Eye I have a thing that has made it's shape like worm in between, and there are two lines to it one is straight and other one is like winding on something and then goes straight,

Talking about my eyes first, I have Myopia, Short sightedness, it's heredity,  I use concave lens of -11.45 power spects only, never used plastic lens with that solution thing and keeping in eye to not wear aspects, dad has hypermetropia, and mom has mypoia.

I do feel like this thing is floated, because upon researching it has similar behavior, like it floats and goes faster if I move my eye faster, and that's when it comes in between my vision, else it's being ignore, it's been like this for 5 Years, but earlier, it was small, right now it's tremendously long, but has same structure in middle, and I'm paranoid now.

This thing just keeps on changing it's form, but remains on specific area, only comes in eye sight if I move my eyes like looking at bottom right to top left in no time.

I see it perfectly in blue or white, cloud filled sky, but not in computer white screen, due to my PC configured to emit less light, so it appears dark and scary to look at computer screen.

My concern is, I do not want to visit any eye doctor, because if they ever tell me we need to do surgery, imma get Heartattack right there.

and this thing is increasing in size, as if it's trying to crack open my eyes, why isn't this thing just stopping increase it's form, and has done nothing over 5 years, and my concern is, am I going to lose vision soon? although it is only in my right eye, and there's no such thing in left, is there any home remedy, which does not involve harming ur eye? can this go any severe, what could happen if there is lot of floaters does eye needs to be removed? is there any repair?

Does sleeping more, or closing eyes more, or doing any exercise with eye may help remove this?

Also I do have blurred vision in both eyes, that require me to look at something, try to focus, then it goes away, but if I did not focus, vision is blurred again, if I were let's say made attentive, like someone shouts at me, or watching horror movies, I won't have blurry vision at all, but if like I'm reading, or quite, vision switches to blurry, is it normal, I need to do something to take care of this?

First of all you have pathological high myopia (if your RX is -11) so you need an annual eye exam by an Eye MD ophthalmologist. You are at higher risk for glaucoma, myopic macular degeneration, retinal holes, tears and detachments.  There is no practical way to remove floaters. All involve risks and are in appropriate for the great majority of people.  Objects look different depending on your viewing angle and distance from them and floaters are the same way. There is no home remedy that will cure or prevent floaters. If you have flashes of light,  new floaters, or loss of peripheral vision you need to see your Eye MD ophthalmologist as quickly as possible.
