Vision in dark or dark surfaces

I understand it is normal to see specks on plain surface (light colored surface). But is it also normal to see specks in dark or dark surface ?
I do understand if something is visible on light surface, it will surely be present on other surface as well.  Need confirmation.

And do closed eye hallucination really exist for everyone ? I guess for me it does (level 1,2,3).

There is no way I can make a specific diagnosis from your description and it requires an eye exam.

Doctor Hagan,

Do you this thing is entopic phenomenon or vitreous degeneration.
I guess it is entopic phenomenon since it is visible only on certain situations and not always. Am I right?

My retina check is okay.

Probably it is entopic phenomenon because if something is visible on light surface (wall), it would be visible on dark surface as well.

And in dark room, it is closed eye visualization. Seems I am paying a lot of attention to certain stuff these days :(

For some people these are normal entopic phenomena. You do need to confirm you have healthy eyes by seeing an Eye MD ophthalmologist.

Read the section on entopic phenomena in Wikipedia.

Closed eye hallucinations is not a very used term. It does appear in wikipedia as: Closed-eye hallucinations and closed-eye visualizations (CEV) are a distinct class of hallucination. These types of hallucinations generally only occur when one's eyes are closed or when one is in a darkened room. They can be a form of phosphene.

No all people do not have those
