What's going on???

Hello everyone... I really do hope that someone will be familiar with my problem! First of all, i've been diagnosed bipolar two years ago, after experiencing manic state. Ever since than, i see less on my left eye + in the night, or even during the day when i'm inside the hous, i see some sort of stain everytime i look to the light sources like a small bulb that shows that tv is off, or in the car, in the night, the lights from the car in front, street lights... But not from close. When i'm standing right next to the tv i see just the red light, when i sit on the couch i see that stain in red, strange round form. If i'm looking at th blue light, i see blue stain ( i don't know how to call it ) and it drives me nuts. I'm seeing doctors about it and i'm not done yet. So far they discovered that i have "reduction of foveal sensitivity". Now i have to go to another doctor who will send me to the other one and it can take another few months. I wonder did my manic state caused some damage of my retina? I think that i sow here somewhere that that could be possibile. And what's the treat? Can it dissapear? I have so many questions and no answers!
Help!
P.S. I see perfectly with my right eye and thanks God, no stains.

Does it mean that you ( a Doctor ) never heard about something like that? Is reduction of foveal sensivity treateble? Will it ever stop?
