Why do my eyes feel blurry near my temples?

I can make out objects well and I am fully aware of my surroundings, but my eye sight has been off and it has become more noticeable over the past few days. When I am walking or doing things it is almost like I can ignore that my vision problems, but as I am typing at the computer I feel like my vision is so narrow and I struggle to focus. I don't think it has anything to do with near/far sightedness because nothing is blurry, it just seems narrow. I'm not sure if narrow is the right word, it is just by best guess on how to describe this. The issue feels to  be at the top of my eyes. There feels like there is a mild pressure up there and near my temples. For some background, my eyes were red and hurting a few days ago, but the pain went away and I was fine for a day or two. Also, I was drinking and got drunk a few nights ago, and the night after that got drunk and high off of marijuana, if that could have been the cause of anything. My vision has just felt off since then and I don't know what to do.
