Okay but enlarged eyes not a part of occipital disease.

Thanks, but for clarification I don't have Optic Neuritis.  I have Occipital Neuritis, specifically left side from an injury and the injury is when I noticed the left eyeball size change.  I did schedule an ophthalmologist for next week.  Thanks

It's really hard to judge that and even Eye MDs don't trust their fingers to tell every time. Optic neuritis does not cause an eyeball to change size or sink in (inophthalmos) or push out (exophthalmos). Discuss with your ophthalmologist.
