Will the blown pupil quiver/move after a traumatic mydriasis has ruptured the sphincter muscle?

Nearly three years now and since 3 days after the blunt force injury hit to one eye, my Mydriasis, full blown pupil,  will not move or even quiver?
Could something else, other then a torn sphincter muscle,  be the reason?   I had 20/20 perfect eye vision/health before the orbital hit.

My eye doctor is not familiar enough?  He isn't sure why my 'fully' blown pupil,  from blunt force orbit hit,  does NOT even quiver/move;  in as much as some Mydriasis do constrict some.
We heard from John Hagan M.D that it makes a difference if it is full or partially dilated.   So can you confirm this.  Thank you

It is most likely damage to the sphincter from trauma.
