im 16 and ive had baggy eyes for a while idk how to get rid of them any ideas that wouldnt cost alot ? ty very much for the help!!
i dont get the choose parents part?..also is there eye creams u would consider like wut jodiej said 2 fasten the speed 2 take the baggy eyes
As Dr. Hagan said above, baggy eyes can be hereditary. They sell many eye creams and serums in drug and department stores that are supposed to help. I know a young woman who was so bothered by her bags that she had surgery to remove them (not real painful but will cost a few thousand dollars). This outpatient procedure can be done by a plastic surgeon or ophthalmologist who specializes in plastic surgery.
