I had a cataract surgery almost ten days ago. My vision is very blurry and I can see may be 50% of what I used to. I noticed when I wear a reading glass I can see far much better? Any idea why is that so?

so the fact that i have seen a psychiatrist ...and have no problems in that area doesn't change the way you feel.... that's your professional opinion?

I'm not being factitious but would you rather spend $10,000 to find out you had a brain tumor, or MS, or a seizure disorder? Discuss it with your physicians. Anxiety-depression can cause all those symptoms. Maybe you need to see a psychiatrist?

As for you eye problem. See a neuroophthalmologist. Find one near you at www.aao.org   Don't be surprised if that exam is normal.
