eye bags

hi ive got bags under my eyes and i went to a cosmetic surgen to seen can i get them removed,but was told no as i have no excess skin beneath my eyes only excess fluid,and no surgery could help.. do you know what can i do about this, or wat maybe causing it

Allergies  and hormone problems can also cause this.  See an endocrinologist and an allergist.

eye bags usually come & go for no reasons. thyroid problems can cause this, do a blood workout also get enough sleep daily.
