eye issues/mystery pain,ghosting,floaters,burning,red,whites of the eyes wrikled

its been nearly a year i had been sufferig from some kind of eye issue,

it all began after some kind of panic attack i had, weeks after my eyes felt tight and strained, they were painful ad became red and hot, painful, the wites of my eyes seem to be wrinkled, alot of re veins appeared in my eyes, they would burn alot, i had light senstivity,photophobia, eye floaters, i resorted to wearing sunglasses even when indoor). I couldn't explain one more symptom which i can now, i had ghosting vision too, where for example id look at objects especially brighter ones and i am able to that object for maybe 15 to 20 secs when i look away somwhere else

i was refered to an eye specialist and was checked 3 times, 1st time i was placed on dry eye drops which made matters worse and after 3 weeks i was back to the eye specialist, was advised they can see floaters and seems like inflamation, but could not really see an infection or anything serious apart from maybe allergic eyes, i was given non steroid drops and antibiotic drops, used them for a month and a half but things went worse and symptoms remained. Again i went back and then was on steroid drops 2 weeks later i believe thing got better.

most of my symptoms have now disappeared after a year, i am left with floaters which i must admit have lessened now but still can see them, eyes feel irratated maybe dry eye symptoms, the wrinkles are still there in the whites of my eyes, the red veins are also there, somtimes my eyes go red  from these veins as if they leak and by rubbing my eyes is almost clears it. i still get the ghosting vision but not as bad as it was before. Its just irritating, almost feels like not enough oxygen is getting to my eyes causing this.
So i get pains somtimes, they are irratated somtimes but not as bad as they were. Rubbing them makes them very irritated and red so i avoid that.

i was never told what caused the months and months of pain and burning, ghosting,floaters,redness,light senstivity,photophobia, what could it have been? i also had facial bone pains in the sinus areas too, couls it have been caused by a viral problem?

i had been diagnosed with stomach inflamation and ulcers, weak gallbladder also chronic liver disease. most of my family sufer from arthiritis, could any of these be linked to what happened to my eyes? also can maybe pre-diabetes, insulin resistance cause this or some kind of inflamation within the body like prostratitis, pancreatitis, hepatitis, gastrititis,deodunitis?
