Collagen crosslinking is not likely to help post RK retinal problems. In K conus the cornea is become more curved (steeper) in post RK the cornea is becoming less curved (flatter) and the cause is not structural weakness but scar contraction.

You may wish to consider collagen crosslinking. google the words "collagen crosslinking rk ". It will not reverse the problem but it may stop progression. I had rk 15 years ago and the only problem I have is fluctuation during the day. ( farsighted in morning and nearsighted at night). It has not been approved yet in the US but it may be available in India.
We now know that RK wasn't a very good operation and many people that had it for myopia are now quite farsighted like you. It's very hard to "fix" and its not likely that lasik would offer you much.
You likely need to wear bifocals now. See a good cornea/refrctive Eye MD to discuss your options. If you are younger than 40 ask for a post cycloplegic refraction. Ask the surgeon about progressive bifocals.
