fluorescein angiogram

Hello,

I am 30 years young and have had a fluorescein angiogram about two weeks ago due to blurry/loss vision and change from far sighted all my life (with strabismus) to near sighted (of course I still have the strabismus) in my right eye. The cloudy blurriness I had is gone but the vision loss is the same. The retinal surgeon did find two layers of scar tissue and a big vein under that tissue, and a frawn of veins I believe he said, and some bleeding. Apparently this is pulling on my retina causing the problem so they decided to do the mentioned test. I have not heard the results of this test of yet as my appointment isn't until the 28th. Anyhow, two days before the test was taken I started having a sort of headache behind my right eye and after the angiogram I had very bad headaches that causeed nausea for 3 days straight. As well, I have had before some tingling sensations on my right hand side of my head and in my leg. These tingly sensations i have had off and on for about a year now though. But after this test they are worse, mostly the tinglies on my right side of my head, along with the headaches that are all right sided as well. A few days ago as I closed my eyes to kiss my husband no less I saw this huge z shaped bright light even as my eyes were closed. I opened and it was gone. Do you have any idea as to what this could be? And I am just wondering if I should bother my doctor or not to let him know what is going on. To me it seems really weird I am still having these symptoms of headache and the tingles.

Thank you for your time and concideration.

Thanks Dr. Hagan,

After I wrote this a friend told me I really needed to call. I did, but the doctor was not in and the secretary didn't pick up the phone so I left a message. I explained my situation to the operater and she had transfered me to his secretary. I am on my way to my PCP today at any rate. Im sure I will get answers from somewhere. Thank you for letting me know that it IS something they want to know, I will be calling again today if I hear nothing from them as I am sure that if you as a doctor say that, I am sure mine will also!

Again many thanks and I appreciate your response.
