head pains along with eye issues?

hello everyone. i posted about this last week im gonna try again in a more well explained manner.  really need help.

Im 20 years old and have always been in good health. i woke up jul 8, 2009 with a low grade fever (100.5), body aches, sore throat, very heavy photophobia, and the worst headache ive ever experienced. it was accompanied by lots of head pressure. the next day all the symptoms were gone except for the head pressure, head pains, and photophobia. i went to the ER and my CT scan of the brain was normal. The ER doctor said viral meningits (not likely due to being sick for 1 day).

The pain location was in the sinus area (acually really everywhere:forehead, top of head, and temples). so i pursued sinus remedies:
-claritin D
-Tylenol Sinus
-Afrin
-Saline Spray
-Saline Rinse
-Steam
-Nasarel

no relief. the nasarel just made my eyes feel very heavy with pressure. so it was stopped.

i then got allergy tested. showed positive for 3 different trees, 3 different grasses, dust, dogs, and cats. i started zyrtec once a day. that seemed to help with the pressure a lot but not the pain.

I then saw an ENT to rule out a sinus problem and had a CT sinus scan show normal.

I just saw a neurologist who is leaning toward migraine (i highly doub it. i have no history of migraines. i get about 2 headaches a year normally). before diagnosing he want me to eat a meal with pepperoni pizza, red wine, choclate, and blue cheese (all migraine triggers; ive always been fine with them). He then said we can try a mild painkiller for a few weeks and then stop it (for some people this removes the pain). He then said if it doesnt an MRI will be ordered and possible spinal tap after that.

Im going to see a optamologist today to rule out a physical eye problem.

My current symptoms today: slight photophobia (when im driving it feels im attacked by every bit of glare on the road from cars), constant pain top of my head and forehead (scale of 1-10 id say a 5. but its always there). i have eye pain and strain to all the time and it is the most uncomfortable. the strain extends back into my temples and to the back of my head. focus on non moving targets feels a little off. im going to ask the optamologist for excercises to strengthen weakened eye muscles?

im considering accupuncture and just started homeopathic midication.

MY QUESTIONS FOR ANYONE WHO CAN HELP
-did i miss something?
-anything else i can ask the neuro, ent, and optamologist?
-anyone have similar stories or symptoms?
-are these things permanent?
-are there nerves of the eye that extend back to the head or top?
*still need to see a chiropractor.

any help is greatly appreciated.
