I am a low income senior, Medicare/Medicade, and live in the Highland Park , Deerfield and Northbrook area of Chicago's North shore suburbs. I am hoping for some suggestions/names of excellent, board certified  specialist

Try using the directory at www.aao.org.  Call the retinal specialists listed to see who takes Medicare/Medicaid.
