pain/pressure in one eye

For the past few months, I occasionally feel mild pain.pressur in my right eye.  It's in the left side, near the front of my eye (right above the Iris). I'm in my late 30's.  My mother was diagnosed with Glaucoma in her 50's.  I'm under the impression that you do not "feel" the pressure of glaucoma, so this is probably not a sign that I'm getting it, but thought I'd get other's opinion.  I had my eyes checked with a pressure test about 1 year ago.  It was fine. Does it sound like this could be a sign of a glaucoma related problem?

The most common type of glaucoma is usually not painful. However with your history you need to see an ophthalmologist every year.

Its likely a minor sinus related problem which will clear itself, since you have a family history of glaucoma consult eye doctor to rule out your worry.
