severe pain behind right eye

have been getting sharp throbbing pain behind my right eye , i have numerous health problems 2 M.Is fitted with ICD i have sarcoidiois , fibromylagia,  hiatus hrenia am diabetic,(insulin dependant) suffer with periferal nuropathy i also had bells palsey last year but all cleared with physio, the pain i am experiencing now is simular to the pain i had when the bells palsey first appeared i do have a cold sore on my lip at the moment , could this be the bells returning i am on a cocktail of drugs asprin plavix,cozar, eucardic, frusimide, aldactone,nexium,lipitor, amitripitline,
any suggestions

Yes you need to see an ophthalmologist very soon. Several of your diseases can affect the eye especially sarcoid. Ask your MDs for a referral.
