TEAR DUCT PROBLEMS

I have had 3 DCR's and Ectropin done in the last 3 years.  The last one was Jan of 2010 with the Lester Jones Tubes.
Today I found out that one of the tubes is out.  How can they fall out when they are stitched in and the stitches aren't suppose to come out until August.  Anyone else have this problem?

No cataracts are not related to Jones tubes problems

I did see 2 doctors this past week.  My surgeon is on vacation and I can't see him until April14.  The doctors that I did see told me that they don't see the tubes and they don't see any sutures.
I am scheduled for cataract surgery on my right eye on March 25.  My left eye will have to wait until I get the Jones tube put back in.
Do cataracts form with this tear duct problem?  This started 3 years ago and just seems to be getting worse.
