what type of iol gives you the closest to natural color

I had lens replacement surgery and have bad negative dysphotopsia. I'm going to need to get the lens replaced and am wondering which type of lens will deliver the most authentic natural colors because I am not seeing all of the colors that  i did out of that eye before. i know I need a 6mm silicone round lens but which of lens might help with the color?

Thanks

The Tecnis comes in a silicone version, and this might be your best choice.  The newer Alcon IOLs have a blue-light filtration feature, which make their lenses bright yellow.  (This feature allegedly helps to prevent macular degeneration.)  There was past controversy as to whether having a yellow IOL affected color perception.  Alcon claimed it did not, yet their ReStor IOL is available in both a yellow and a clear version (recommended for people who need exceptional color discrimination ability.)

An aspheric acrylic IOL (example Tecnis or Alcon aspheric) will give you the best color and least dysphotopsia.
