I'm betting bebe? is going to see some outstanding reults as long as she sticks to the plan...being the water and only eating til satisified and eating at least 2.5 hours apart. I bet she gets some huge losses.
I don't feel much like a motivator....I've been pretty quiet/busy lately.
But...34 isn't much to go to get to your goal.
I have 32 just to get to where you are, so hang in there. You aren't stuck...you are a woman....we have these hormones that do stuff to our weight....along with maybe some salty foods that cause us to retain water and weight I'm sure.
I'm going to get a little more sleep before I weigh in, but I'll be back after a while. I'm betting my numbers aren't too good today. I did soup twice yesterday and didn't get on the treadmill at all yesterday.
