Low Estrogen levels

Hi,
I was supposed to do IUI this cycle but got cancelled due to low estrogin levels.
I was on Gonal F (75units)  CD2,3,4,6,8 & 10.  On CD10 I went for a scan, 1 x follie was 20mm and lining 6.5mm.  I went for the bloods same day, doctor phoned to say that the LH levels still too low, on CD12 (yesterday) I went again for the bloods.  The doctor confirmed that I did ovulate the Saturday night and that my extrogin levels were to low therefore he cancelled the insemination.

Well doctor said that we should take it easy on the intimacy over the weekend as if we had to move forward with the insemination he needed the best sperm ever.  Now yesterday after he phone to say it is cancelled we quickly had a intimacy round ....

What am I doing wrong? Could I still possibly fall pregnant? What can they do to help me?
