Post OP Docs appointment

Well ladies i had surgery two weeks ago today to remove a cyst from my only remaining ovary. And today i had my post op check up. My insicions look good and are healing nicely. As for the insides though she explained what all the pics were that she gave me, and its not a nice pic eaither:) she said that my ovary and tube were imbedded into a bunch of scar tissue and that they had to PEEL them out and that she was afraid that she had punctured the the tube so she put blue dye through the tube and it came out fine. But she doesnt want me to ttc for three months so she is having me go on the pill which i guess i am ok with a little disappointed but i also dont want to risk another ectopic pregnancy.  So possibly in April we will have the HSG and then be able to ttc again if the tube is blocked then we will have to do IVF to get pregnant, which i am not sure if we will do that. i guess we will see right? thanks for all the prayers and thoughts troughout these last few weeks they were very much appreciated.

SSBD to all!!!!!!

Amanda

I'm sorry for the delays Amanda. But, I am glad you are healing well. Three mos isn't that long on the big scale of things. Your health is the most important of all. And you did save the ovary :)  Keep healing and keep us posted :)
