what is this?

i'm CD 8 today and i started getting odd cramping in my mid-pelvic region.  it's not the gassy, bloated kind.  it's the pms that i don't ever get kind.  the past week and a half i've been nauseous off and on.  i had a normal, uneventful period.  i thought maybe a bladder infection but it doesn't hurt to pee.  i don't have a fever...i think my lower back has had a dull ache, too.  does anyone have an idea???

Lol, thanks.  But I'm not.  Maybe this will be the month if I don't O before my DH comes back Friday.  :)  We'll see on that.  The cramps have mostly subsided-I've been drinking a TON of cranberry juice and water hoping I don't have to go to the doc.  I have two theories-one, is that I always drink diuretics-anything BUT water.  It's never really bothered me before, but maybe it just caught up with me.  Theory two, and I have to give a warning out to all you other girls, since I've been checking my cervix, I wash my hands about 80% of the time before...maybe when I didn't I got germs up there.  WASH YOUR HANDS!  Either way, I think I'll be better soon...

oh, and the doctor...let's see.  when i was pregnant with #2 i told her i thought i was going to get pre-eclampsia again and she literally laughed at me.  lol, wanted to punch her for that.  then i went in with a list of symptoms i've had for a while and was ignoring because i didn't have insurance for a long time (i now have tricare from the military).  she looks at it and says that she thinks it's physiatric-related (which is a common assumption from doctors when seeing military wives).  so i'm boiling because it's her JOB to at least do tests.  if i'm crazy, it can be addressed AFTER she ruled out medical issues.  ehem.  anyway, so she finally came back in and said she would do a few blood tests.  so, i had blood drawn and schedule with the front desk for a f/u.  they scheduled me two days later and when i came in she caught me in the hall and said, "what are you doing here?"  I said i was there for the f/u and she said, loudly, "what do you mean?  your results aren't in.  why did you schedule so early?  did you really think they were done?"  AHHH....a fight almost broke out then and there.  she doesn't smile, she doesn't listen to what i have to say.  i can't stand the woman.  the front desk people are just as bad.  they're lucky their nurses are nice (which i find odd).  *sigh*  i just don't want to go back there.

Evil??? How is she evil? I hate switching Drs, it is always such a pain. Do you have insurance? If you do you might go to Urgent Care or if you have a walk in clinic close. That's what I do when I don't feel like messing w/ my GP. I would test again. Just to be safe, but yeah it sounds to me like a kidney infection. I had one in Jan and it was bad. I was in pain in my back and my side, and felt like a bladder infection but did not hurt when I peed. I finaly went to the Dr and they said it was my kidney. But the reason I say you should test again is because I went through the same thing and had a full period and everything, and found out 2 weeks later I was PG. Could have implanted late or something. They said mine was ectopic, but never could prove it. I did MC though. So, that's why I say both are possible, so start w/ HPT, that way you don't have to go to your DR.

i did test about a week ago, and a negative.  i figured it would be since i got a full period and my temps are below 98.  i'll call the doc tomorrow morning, but i was just curios if anyone would have an idea.  *sigh*  i don't like my primary care doc.  lol, she's evil and i haven't got around to switching.  for the time being i'm just drinking a lot of water because i'm still leaning towards bladder infection.  last night i kept having to pee...the more urgent kind.  then again, it could just be a sympton of something else.  also, TMI warning, i had a regular bm (not too big or hard) yesterday that sort of hurt.  so...i'm at a loss.

I don't know. You might call your DR. I mean it could be so many things, kidney infection, PG, or even apendix. have you tested? I know you period was on time and normal, but that realy doesn't mean anything, trust me.
