ANY INSIGHT??  Today I am 5dpiui, cycle day 21.  Yesterday I had a progestrone check and got results this afternoon, progestrone level was 24-no beta of course because of HCG shot-still have a week to go!  I was pg once before (resulted in ectopic) and and my progestrone level was 10.2 @ cd21 so was put on progestrone suppositories--after a week I was up to 21. Other cycles my progestrone level was 5-7 on average without taking progestrone.  I am on progestrone this cycle starting after iui instead of after a positive pg test. So, I guess my question is, how much do progestrone suppositories increase your progestrone on average? Should my 24 @ cd21 be higher to have a chance this month? Am I just obsessing?

Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago ...I think...they also have GREAT pics and advice on their webpage.

The one in NC is North Carolina Center for Reproductive Medicine w/Dr. Toma.....I've also heard good things about Dr. David Walmer at Duke University...Center for Reproductive (something or other)

I think my first t/v u/s will be the first week of April.  I'll keep u posted.  I'm hoping we hear/see the heartbeat.  They say the risk of m/c drops to about 3% after you see a good strong heartbeat.

mim181: Yes, I guess we are lucky to have several fertility centers to choose from. Never really thought about it that way :-)  Glad to hear you're getting ready to try again. Best of luck to you this cycle!

jenandjon: Thanks for the info. I'll definitely look into the IVF reimbursement program. How are you doing? Have you had your first prenatal doctor's appointment yet?

Did you say there is a place in Chicago that does IVF reimbursement? Do you have a name of the place/physician or any other info. I would love to look to see what are the options.
Thanks.

Heather5...have you considered traveling to a center that does the IVF reimbursement.  I know one place in Chicago, IL and one here in Cary, NC does 3 cycles for $15,000 and they refund the money if you don't get pregnant.

Just a thought.  So sorry to hear about BFN :(
