Hi , I responded to your inbox asking more questions ;)
THANKS~
Yes the pain was only on one side. The side that I ovulated from. I can't remember exactly when the pain started, but I know it was prior to my beta test because I discussed it with my dr at the beta test. So probably just around the time you are at now. The pain lasted several weeks. It wasn't an intense pain.. but it was an achy type pain. This early, you probably wouldn't feel an ectopic if you had one, so try not to worry too much about that.
Also, false positives are rare. I think you are pg. Congrats this is a wonderful exciting time for you!!
Another question, was it dull pain and if you push on it, it felpt fullness and painful on one side?
I will ask for u/c on Monday but I have to survive until Monday. And I pray to God that I am pregnant and there is nothig wrong iwht me !!
Thanks for response...did you only have pain on the one side? was it very uncomfy?
When did you start having it?
I will have my beta testing on Monday only and I only had 1 HTP today so it could be false positive..Im just very worried because this dull pain on my left side doesn't go away for two days andI wont see a doc until monday..I hope its that corpus luteum......
Please update!!
THANKS!
I had that when I was pg. My RE said it was the corpus luteum (sp?) which is similar to a cyst but in a good way. Corpus luteum is what is left after the egg is released. It produces the progesterone that allows you to maintain your pg. For me it was a dull ache type pain. Very annoying and consistent. It will go away after a while tho.
I did have an ectopic pg in the past. I had the corpus luteum ache that time also, but I didn't have any pain from the ectopic at all until my tube ruptured. Typically the earliest your dr will be able to give you an ultrasound and confirm pg in in the uterus is around 5wks.
Congrats, looks like you are PG!!
I am sure why you are getting the pain. You should have called your doctor's office. Since its weekend, they should have an emergency number and at least you will a doctor on call. Your HPT says positive and you are pregnant. Congrats!!! Dont worry too much. If you are having problems they might call you in for u/s soon. Good luck!!
