Well I got some horrible news today. It was confirmed that I miscarried. I had some bleeding last week and they did blood work and an ultrasound that confirmed the pregnancy was on track, but on Tuesday I started with cramping and on Wednesday I started with steady bleeding. We are truly very sad. I know that many people have experienced a miscarriage, but I just can't believe it happened -- I did everything I was supposed to. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs and I completely gave up caffeine. I am so frustrated that drug addicts can have healthy babies and not even give a **** about their bodies -- just venting.
I hope you all are doing well.

Well, sorry I haven't been on in a while. I needed a break. Well, my hystero was excruciatingly painful. I knew it was gonna be bad, but not as bad as I anticipated it to be. I actaully told the dr toward the end, "Alright that's enough!" The radiologist who is my friend told my OB/GYN "yeah were good." LOL He kinda ran out afterwards. Anyways, my tubes were open, but my uterus was upside down completely. The radiologist said he thought it was retroverted (bent backwards), but I know from my IUIs, my uterus curves forward. I have researched everywhere, & can't really figure out what it could be or mean. So far I guess it would be anteflexed, but mine must bend completly in half, not just bent forward. Now, I am just waiting for my follow up appointment with the OB/GYN. That is unfortunately in another 1 1/2 wks :s I also have to wait to go back to my RE because I need to have my wisdom teeth pulled in the next couple of weeks-the fun never ends! Felecia
Hello!! I know I have officially "graduated" from this site, but I still check the site regularly and like to see everyone's progress. How is everyone doing? Felecia, how did the HSG go? Congrats to all with the BFP's! How are you feeling?
As for me, I am now 18 weeks. It has been a rough road as I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is pretty much all puking all the time. I've been on a Zofran pump that helps a lot and I think I am over the worst part of it. I lost a ton of weight and am so scared that it affected the baby, especially not being able to keep down the vitamins. But everyone assures me that the baby takes everything it needs and is fine. I have my ultrasound next week! I can't wait to find out if it is a boy or girl, but more importantly just to make sure everything looks good and healthy!
So, that is the quick update here. I hope to hear from the rest of you soon, and I still pray and send all sorts of positive thoughts to all of you!!
Here's to lots of baby dust!
Where is everyone???
JFisch- let us know how your u/s goes...awww, you get to see your little bugger :)
Felsha- how did things go?
I can't believe that I have'nt talked to anyone & it has this long been away for anyone to chat. I love all of yous & would love to talk about my HSG tomorrow.
I am so happy that you will be having the HSG done soon. I was so nervous before mine -- of course I am the biggest "nervous nelly" and get nervous before everything. It was fine. Only some mild cramping afterwards. I believe that the SIS focuses more on looking at the uterus and the HSG gives you the tubes and uterus. I am thinking that is what the RE told me. Good luck!!!!
