worried not pregnant

on day 10 of ivf transfer and not really having any symptoms just some diarrhea and throbbing down below.  anyone else have this but still end up pregnant

I assume you did a urine test, yes?  They can be wrong right up until Day14 and I think even beyond.  There are a number of stories on here about people who used a home pregnancy test the night before their blood test and got a negative then the blood test was positive.  Don't let that worry you.
Also, regarding not having symptoms, there are LOTS of people who have ZERO symptoms for the longest while.
I know it's extremely hard ... particularly as you get closer to the end of the wait but you have to try to relax.  Stress won't help you any which way.

could.  not wait till day 12 to test since i have had no symptoms.  its day 10 and test said no.  has anyone else had this happen but ended up pregnant

I don't really have any experience with IVF, but I know some women won't get any pregnancy symptoms until after their period is due...so don't give up hope yet! Keep thinking positive, and hopefully you'll get a positive in a few days!
