I am 29 years old, and have blocked fallopian tubes. Can anyone give me any idea as to what my chances are of ivf working first time

I previously had blocked tube (right) and after a 2nd HSG now they are OPEN.  I have no idea how that happeend.  Anyway, I did IVF & conceived on the first time.  Although I did end in m/c at 6-7 weeks.  I have met quite a few people in my Dr office that concieved the first time.  You are young & should have young healthy eggs. Do you know what your FSH is?

i think ivf depends on lot of other things. i heard there r better chances if IVF is combined with accupuncture. there r some IVF centres who will advice u to get accupuncture before and during ivf for better chances. but ivf is the best alternative way in ur case since u hv blocked f-tubes. all the best wid everything
