I had anti-c antibody and although felt mega sick during the pregnancy, gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby with no jaundice or anything , in fact he wasn't as yellow as my firstborn son. No antibodies were detected during the 1 st pregnancy , although there might have been as I was very sick then as well . Stay calm and positive. No medication was given to me as everything happened very fast as I changed hospital and the discovery was made very late in the pregnancy. It is your partner the one who carries the rare small c gene, so don't take it as you are somehow ill. And you are not incompatible in any significant way.
Yes, I have had anti-c antibody with my 3rd and 4th babies. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby and they have not detected the antibody in my blood as of yet. I keep praying that this baby is compatible with me. If you have any questions, maybe I can help.
