Any of you ever tried D-Chiro-Inositol or Myo-Inositol and before going to IVF, if you have taken, which has been the result?. I have PCOS I am planning for a IVF next month and I want to increase the chances naturally. Thanks.
Ive been taking just plain inositol 2, 900mg tabs and other supplements my acupuncturist put me on. I'm at the end of my 2nd ivf, not sure of results yet but with all the supplements I take I notice a difference in my skin and hair so it mush be improving overall health.
