Calling All Women of Strength!!!

A Strong Woman VS. A Woman Of Strength

A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape…
But a woman of strength builds relationships to keep her soul in shape.

A strong woman isn't afraid of anything…
But a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of fear.

A strong woman won't let anyone get the better of her…
But a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future…
A woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be unexpected blessings and capitalizes on them.

A strong woman wears a look of confidence on her face…
But a woman of strength wears grace.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey…
But a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

Anyone heard of the heart rate theory?  They say that if the baby's HR is on the higher end it will be a girl and on the lower end it will be a boy.  Normal range is 120-160, that we know for sure.  Anyone who knows what they are having (or had) remember what the HR was?

This is just a fun and curious survey.  Of course I'll be happy with a healthy baby.  Of course I have no preference.

Keyan:  I'll go back to my ob on the 25th, in two weeks, and I'll ask her then to see me two weeks later.  I'm sure she'll agree ;)  Okay, we'll keep you where you are for now.  Just let me know when you're ready to be moved to CD1, okay!?  Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Good Morning!! Hope you are all enjoying the day! Is friday!

Mommyin10: when do you find out when your OB will see you again? I think it is a good idea to go in every two weeks even if is just to make your fears go away for a while! as of me and CD1, I don't know, maybe just keep me where I am, cause I know I will be like CD40+ when ever I do and if I do O....maybe in another 4 weeks you can put me on as CD1.

Dnikki: How exciting that you have started on the details for the trip,I know it must be sad to leave DS but just keep in mind that it will be a good get away for dh and you before you become parents of two!  ... the AHINI flu virus is still very active here, so just be really careful...we haven't heard of any more deaths or anything, but still you need to be careful. and also, it is the mosquitos season, and you need to be careful with that too...I am not trying to scared you, I mean everytime you travel to a different country there are precautions you need to have, and I am just letting you know the precautions you need to have here in PR in this season. As of me, my doc said to try naturally for 6 months, maybe I will try accupunture if by January I haven't gotten my BFP.

Luvkayln: I know! I wish I could be a stay mom too! here in PR we get 2 months paid of maternity leave and maybe I will be able to add a month off from sick leave or vacation time and maybe another month of and no pay....although I know if by then I am still working here, I will have to come atleast once a week to the office, but that is ok, if that means I will be able to be at home with the baby for 4 months......Now, I just hope I do get pregnant and can make this plan work!!! hopefully you will find the perfect babysitter to take care of your baby.  I am more excited to see how much bigger Addy is getting!! so please take some pics soon!! ;o)  thanks for the prayers!!

Sorry, dh is our chef, so I can't give you any filet pointers ;)  I'm sure they'll be delicious, though!  I know how you feel.  The evenings are the hardest for me.  Nothing usually sounds good, yet I'm hungry.  Last night I got into the Ben & Jerry's peanut butter cup ice cream - Yum!  I think I'll make a beef/vegetable soup tonight.  Have a good night!

Mommyin10: At night, I just kinda feel hungry but not enough to really eat. Usually though, I do eat something small like peanut butter crackers or some peanuts or something small. But I just feel like I don't ever fill up...I don't know, it's kinda wierd lol. I brought up the name Peyton to see his reaction, but that's it (since he doesn't want to talk names until we find out... :-(    ) but I'm set on that name!!! He can pick the middle name if he wants lol. He pretty much got to name DS who is named after DH's little brother who died when he was 3mo. old. They think it was an anuerysm but don't know for sure since it was 40yrs ago (yes, DH is older than I lol). So I think it's only fair!!

Keyan: How exciting you'll be on your way to a super sticky BFP so soon!!! YAY!!! Are you planning on natural, drugs, IUI etc? November is coming fast, and DH just filled out our flight info - asking if there were any medical conditions and such so that his company can get our tickets. I'm just wondering what time they are having us fly out so we can make those arrangements for DS. We will sure miss him...We've never been gone a week without him. I know he'll have a blast with his Grandma but after 2-3 days, it will get tough on me especially with these hormones flying lol.

Luvkayln: We find out on Tuesday as long as baby cooperates!!! I'm so excited I can't wait!!! The Chinese Gender Chart says I'm having a boy, so we'll see who's right lol!! This baby is already getting pretty active. I can feel kicks/punches and rolls now. DH is able to feel them too which is nice  :-) Baby kicked his head a few times the other night, it was pretty funny.

I'm cleaning today...fun!!! Yeah right lol - Does anyone have a good recipe for Filet Mignon? I have 2 steaks left and I want to make them tonight, I just am not quite sure what all to put on them/marinate them in... Any ideas?

dnikki:  I feel the same way.  Sometimes I cook dinner & then can't eat it 'cause of the smell or whatever & then five minutes later, I'm hungry and looking for something to eat! =)  If you feel hungry, don't ignore it, though.  Eat something, even if it's a piece of fruit or something.  So, you haven't told dh about the name Peyton yet?  I love it! =)  My next appt is 9/25 and my ob said she'd see me a month after that (but I thought I'd have my anatomy scan in between those visits), so I'm planning to ask at my next appt if she'll see me two weeks later & I think she'll say yes.  Going in definitely reassures me :)  Yes, I probably will find out before my anatomy scan, but at least I'll know for sure on Nov. 11! =)

Keyan:  Yes, like I mentioned to dnikki, because my anatomy scan isn't when I thought it would be, I will ask my ob to see me again in two weeks.  Otherwise, I'll worry!  You're right, though.  It's good that everything is looking great & she felt she wouldn't need to see me... but I'll still ask! =)  So, should I still put you as CD1 on Saturday or do you want to wait til AF shows?  Just let me know!  I know we're all excited for you to get back on our list & get that BFP!!! =)

luvkayln:  I know, it seems like a long time, but it'll fly by!  Plus, can you believe that Addy will be here right after my scan?!  It's amazing how fast the time is flying by! =)  Yes, even if we find out sooner what the sex is, I definitely look forward to the anatomy scan.  That will let us know that the babies are okay, as well & will confirm whether we're having boys or girls!!!  How exciting! =)  Well, have a great day at work!
