Can I get pregnant?

I am on my second week on birth control and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend, and he came in me. I have continued to take my birth control as normal for the past 3 days now after. Is it possible that I could become pregnant? Has the birth control taken affect?

It is possible. If you don't get your period, please see the doctor.

Good luck! :)

It is possible... birth control pills take about 4-6 weeks to take effect. When you start them you should start on the last day of you period and have protected sex until your next period. That's what my doctor told me and I was on them for 5 years with no problem. It took me 3 months to get pregnant because once it's in your system it takes time to get rid of it but you haven't been taking them long enough. Keep taking them until you're due for your next period and if you miss it stop taking them and go to the doctor.
