Can i get pregnant with a blocked fallopian tube???

Hi,

I have been trying to conceive for 2.5years and last August found out i was pregnant but it was ectopic and i had to have my right tube removed. We have been ttc ever since but it still has not happened and my doc has advised to under go tests as he thinks my left tube will be blocked. Does anyone know if i am still able to naturally conceive???

Any advice is much appreciated.
