4 weeks, 5 days and nothing on u/s, am I out?

So because I started spotting a tiny bit of brown blood I got an u/s today. I beleive I am 4 weeks 5 days, and the doctor saw nothing. There was a tiny tiny spec that he said may be the beginning of a sac, but it was minimal.  I am having another u/s monday and repeat beta tomorrow, but I am really stressed because of the spotting (brown) and AF type cramps and with my level being over 1000 they are supposed to be able to see something.  Is it likely that this is going to be chemical??

I am supposed to start Lovenox tomorrow, should I?  I am so scared that this is going to fail.

Its still too early to see anything. Please don't loose hope and keep ur faith going. The next US hopefully will be more assuring. Meanwhile take rest and hun u r pregnant and pamper urself that way.

4 weeks 5 days is very very early...
I think you are ok nad your levels are good.
Keep positive and do what the Dr said .
