Cramps but no period yet

Hi, I'm 6 days late for my period, but I was having slight pains in my stomach and  slight AF cramps all of these days. Also, my breast hurts. At first I thought AF was coming, but the pain is too light. I feel it in my right side most of the times but it goes on the left, too. Should I wait for a couple of days for my period to come and then take a pregnancy test or do I have to worry for something serious? I doubt it's pregnancy because I don't have any symptoms. Please help!

Try and take a test but if it's negative wait a few more days and test again. If still negative I would get a blood test and then see.
