DHEA and IVF

My Doctor recommended that I take DHEA as I have a low AMH level, prior to undergoing IVF. The recommended dose was 75mg per day,
The query I have is as I was taking DHEA for 3 months then stopped when I was pregnant for 12 weeks (at which time had a miscarriage), when I resume taking it again in preparation for the next IVF do I need to wait 4 months in order to get the best results or does the DHEA taken previously still has an effect?
Also when is it recommended we stop taking it after we conceive. The recent medical study in Science Daily (July 1st 2010) states their control group took 75mg for 40 days before starting fertility treatments, and continued for up to five months.
Will taking DHEA during pregnancy be harmful to the baby, or if you were to stop taking it once you are pregnant will your body then feel a deficiency, which may lead to other problems?

I think it's about egg quality at the time of ovulation. I have read what you read. I started about 3 1/2 weeks ago. Keep me posted. I felt a change in my mood almost immediately. I have no idea why but it was like I got more "punchy" and talkative. More like I was before all this TTC mess. Your doc will tell you what to do and if not ask him when you should stop. Good luck :)
