Does anyone knows about CA 125 bloodwork results? FSH LH
Hello to you all
I just found out about a week and a half ago that i have an ovarian cysts and had to be placed on bcps and hated that idea but ohwell. I had gotten some bloodwork done on monday which was day 3 of my cycle and these are the answers that i wanted to worry about( really worrying about them). My CA 125 is 44.4 U/ml and they are supposed to be less than 35 and that is driving me crazy.FSH was 5.1, LH is 4.4and estradiol is 10 and prolactin is 11.8. If anyone had these test done please let me know thatnk you so much. SSBD to you all; i am out of ttc for 3 months. Thanks

About the CA125...44 is not that bad at all..........I've been at 124 which is high, this specific lab can't diagnose a specific thing because it is use to help diagnose many other stuff like, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, cancer....among many other .....
in my case when it was 124 I was put on lupron for 6 months and after it dropped to 19 and it was an indicator that I did have endometriosis..........now is fluctuating between 80 and 60, because there is no cure for endometriosis, the treatment did help, but it was back in 2005.............
the cycle day that you have the lab work done, can have an effect on the result, if is around AF it could make the result be higher than what really is.......also the cyst you say you have may be the reason as to why the 44............but don't worry too much............numbers can go really high but for different reasons..............500+ they suspect Cancer, but not necessarily.
