need help

We r trying and trying.we really want a baby.i have one one tube.do i need to just give up

No no and no don't give up I'm in that boat with you and even if you ovulate from the ovary without a tube the tube you have left can still pick up that egg so yeah our chances are lower but not by 50% more like a 25% less chance it might take a little longer but it's def not imposable. If you try for too long tho and nothing happends you can talk to your dr about fertility drugs just be prepared for a posablility of multiples good luck!

No, one tube is enough.  If you have been trying for over a year, see your ob/gyn and get a referral to a fertility doctor.
