Enlarged ovaries

So, I'm on cd 21 and I have had a shooting pain on my left side for about 5 days.  I called my RE today and told them that it is so bad that when I lay on my left side and roll onto my back that I have to grab myself.  She said that it is completely normal and that my ovaries are probably enlarged.  She said that this is a good sign and that I can't take a blood test for another week.  Does this really sound like a positive?

I did Follistim and Ovidrel trigger. I had 7 follies, but 4 were ready.  We did it natural.  I did get a bfp this morning, so we are excited.  I am quite nervous though since I have had 2 mc.  I have had slight temp, and I just feel full.  Other than, that I feel good and normal.

I'm also on CD21. Its 9 days past my IUI. I had 5 mature follicles and now i am soooo sore! I've had cramping for about 6 days and my lower back is kiling me. My doctor also said my ovaries are quite large. Also i have a slight temperature, and i'm exhausted! I did the gonal F shot and ovidrel trigger - what did you do? and how many follies did you get??
