Thank you marietta2000, i am new to this forum and i am having hard time getting back to my own messages... your FSH is not high!! but your AMH zone is crazy.. listen as long as you have still eggs that mean you can have a good egg that will give you a wonderful baby beleive me... i took my FSH a year and half ago and it was 6 the only reason i took it bc my period was spotting for 2 or3 days before it comes with brown spotting so doctor told me it was stress that is causing my progesteron to go down. However, once i got re-married my cycle was back to normal and i got pregnant w/in 7 cycles however lost my baby ;( now i tested a week ago everying looked fine.. my lining and all teh rest of the test except my FSH it was 38 on cd 4 so i guess it was approximatly in the low 30's still that is too high...
however, i have been reading that FSH fluctuate and i need to change my lifestyle and started as of yesterday with organic food and lookign for a place to do accupunture in quebec.
you are correct regarding the Estradiol test (E2) mine was normal.
i read so much about weatgrass, yoga, organic food etc.. and also i went to get the same book but they are all out since it was published in 2001.. but i am going to order it this week..
Good luck to you too and keep in touch
Sorry I can't answer your questions, I just wanted to say I'm so sorry for your loss. That must be so so hard!!! I have a 3yr old boy, and a 16mth daughter, and am so thankful for them. I'm trying for my third child. I'm 37yrs, but my FSH is 10.1, and my AMH test came back today, and put me in the AMBER zone, which is between GREEN for good follicle reserve and RED for MENOPAUSAL. It's not good!! Have you ever had your FSH taken before? Mine was 8.6 back in March, so mine has deteriorated a lot in seven months. I have often read that your worst FSH reading will always be your worst, if you understand that. Meaning that if I went next month and my FSH came back at 8.2, 10.1 is still the true reading. I'm not entirely sure this is true, but the medical profession seem to go by it. Also, elevated estradiol levels can 'mask' the FSH level, often making it appear lower than it really is, so an estradiol test in conjunction with the FSH is necessary. I'm like you, in that I have read somewhere about wheatgrass, and wanting to find our the validity of it. I also read somewhere on the net about damiana(?) I still have to look into these. I'm going to try IVF in December. I've never done it before, but I pray it works!! There's a book of that name - Inconceivable, and the author is Julia Indichova.
Lots of luck and baby dust to you!!
