Feelings after IUI

This is my first IUI and I am wondering what are the normal feelings.  I handled the IUI better than I thought I would.  I had very little pain during it.  Afterwards, just a little cramping occasionally.  Today I am feeling bloated though.  I was feeling discomfort from the size and amount of follicles.  Since yesterday, I do not feel the same discomfort.  It is lower, but a constant bloated feeling.  Could the cervix or uterus become inflammed a little from the catheter?

Thanks.  It is always hard to understand what is going on when it is the first time around.  I am thinking about having a glass of red wine to just relax.  I have been taking tylenol, but it is really not pain that I am in, just discomfort and bloated feeling.  Thank you!

I had my first iui last friday. I had some cramping for a couple of days and have felt bloated ever since. I think the catheter can dilate the cervix and cause some discomfort.
