I can get pregnant but not stay pregnant

Well I have been pregnant three times, each one ended in a miscarry during the first trimester. The first one I cant even explain what or how it happened, it happened so fast. The second one, I went to the doctor for a check up, and for some minor bleeding, which she told me to go home and rest, then later on I passed the baby that night. The last one, I thought everything was going well then for some strange reason, my doctor was changing my due date, then I came in for my second prenatal visit, and they told me that my baby stopped growing at  7weeks. So I had to have a D&C, after Thannksgiving. I have been trying clomid, nothings happened and now Im not getting pregnant at all, but have a regular period. Can someone please tell me whats going on with my body?

Stay hopeful and Prayerful. I experienced 6m/c in 3 years. It has been a very difficult time. After having the first 5 in a 1 1/2 time, I lost one after a successful IVF cycle. I am currently pregnant now (10 wks). This time my RE told me I M/c again, yep #7. Only to find a living baby inside 11 days later. Things started off rocky, but she is still hanging in there. No one has been able to tell me why these problems are occuring. I am really starting to believe after awhile it begins to be a guessing game for the Dr.'s. They tell you what they think, what they may have seen in the past. There are many test you can do, however it is not a guarantee you will find anything. The best remedy is DON"T GIVE UP!! No matter how hard it gets. God will help you. Infertility is a very touchy subject. Those who have never experienced it can never know how it feels. And those of us who have walked through it, still don't understand why. Many of us have had children with not problems, only to find unexpectedly pregnancy really is a miracle. Stay strong, We are here if you need to talk.

Hello! first of all i'm so sorry to hear about your losses... nothing can prepare someone to go through this, especially multiple times! I have had 4 now myself.. various stages of pregnancy.. but all under 12 weeks.... has your dr done any testing on you and your partner?  we ended up finding out i have a genetic clotting disorder that causes my blood to clot too much and can interfere with implantation/nutrition etc to the fetus/embryo...  so now i'm on blood thinners, asprin, and lots and lots of folic acid.. Are you with an RE? The good news is (i read this in an article in conceive magazine at the dr's office) that if you have gotten pregnant before and miscarried your chances are really high like 98% that you will carry full term on another pregnancy.. so i tell myself that everyday to keep hope! GOOD LUCK and let me know if i can help with anything at all!
