Habitual miscarriage treatment?

I have had 3 miscarriages in the past and going through the 4th one. First time it was at 6w, second time i found out at week 8. The dr did not feel the need to see me early after the first time. So I could never get to the ultrasound appt first two times. Third time i insisted to monitor the growth to find out that the baby stops growing sometime after 6w. HCG levels grow normally but something is stopping the babies growth. I have done all the blood tests possible (chromosome, immune, ...) to show normal results. I have hysteroscopy done with everything normal.
I have got pregnant and miscarried all the three naturally.
This time I was seeing a RE and was taking progesterone supplements vaginally 3 times a day with baby asprin. I was hoping it would do the magic. Unfortuanely it did not. My first ultra sound at week 5, 3 days showed an heart beat but it was too small. So I waited for a week for the next ultrasound  6w 2days to find no heart beat and the growth not enough for 6+ w. Same thing again. HCG levels growing normally, progestrone count 28 but the baby still does not grow. Another ultrasound 7+w no growth no heartbeat.
I had a D&C today with the hope to do the tissue analysis for chromosomal abnormities in the baby. I am desparate to find out what happens in this 6w that is causing my babies to stop growing.
Any gudiance related to treatment or cause is appreciated.
I am not sure where to go from here.

You are heading in the right direction by having the karyotyping done. That will shed a lot of light on whether the issue is chromosomal or not. Depending on what the test reveals will decide where to go from there. Did they say how long it will take to get the results back? I think mine took 3 wks. Please keep me posted. I hope they find an answer soon for you. Mc's are so painful to bear. I am sorry for your losses.
