Yes you can get pregnant from pre ***. However if he want inside you than I would say you are not pregnant. Plus if you just started your period you're not pregnant.
Out can get pregnant from pre *** its a small chance but it does happen but if he wasn't inside you then you cannot get pregnant pre *** does have sperm in it I studied human sexuality in college
I don't think you can I read somewhere that people used to think they could but further research revealed there's no sperm in precum not 100 percent if it's true or not tho that's just what I read in paper X
