I been trying to get pregnant for a Year and nothing is working I tried foliage acid and prenatal vitamin but it didn't work is there any other pills I can take to boost my chances?

I started taking DIM. Sapposed to promote healthy estrogen levels. And next month i will be getting the geritol tonic.... "sapposed to have a baby in every bottle".... baby dust to u....

I just started taking Maca Root. I have read a lot about it and it says it can help with getting pregnant.  I got mine off of amazon. Give that a try.

Have you been to the doctor to rule out anything that could complicate your chances? I would look into that, also be sure that you are eating healthy and exercising, also keep taking the prenatal vitamins. My husband and I tried for about 8 months until we finally got pregnant. I took different brand vitamins (which I have no clue if that's what helped get me pregnant or not) but I found out I was pregnant about a month after I had started taking the WalMart brand called Spring Valley (green bottle, yellow cap) prenatals not only made my skin, hair and nails look fabulously but I believe that helped me.
