does 5.6mIU/ml confirm whether i am pregant? Pls advise. My last period was on 22.10.2012 and i have a case of irregular periods.

my first blood beta hcg level was showing 5.6 but now it is showing 699.6. but my urine test shows faintly pregant.Does that mean that i am pregnant?

Do you mean measuring your hCG level?  5.6 is rather low, meaning it could be too early to test or else a negative.  Under 5 is counted as not pregnant, but some clinics count 'over 5' as either positive or requiring another test.  If you are super early to test, test again in a few days.
